Paola’s journey from registered nurse and professional athlete to real estate advocate began when she faced the challenges of homeownership as a new resident of the USA. Now settled in Tacoma, she has made it her mission to help others, particularly those from diverse and underserved backgrounds, such as the bilingual/Spanish-speaking community, Indigenous people, and the arts and creative communities. 

Paola is passionate about empowering her clients by offering every resource available to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams of homeownership. With compassion and expertise, she guides individuals through life’s new chapters, always with a focus on creating stability and opportunity.

Family and community are at the core of everything Paola does, and she is deeply committed to building a brighter future for all—one human or home at a time.
